Which Rambler Riverfront Apartments Come Furnished?
It depends on your building.
West Building apartments come fully furnished, and it’s included in your installment. Every floor plan, from studios up to 5-bedrooms, arrives ready to live in from day one.
East Building units offer an optional furniture package for a monthly fee. The East Building is leased by the unit rather than by the bed, and furniture is optional for every unit. Want a fully furnished townhome? Add the package. Want to design the space yourself? Skip it and bring your own.

What Furniture Is Included in My Unit?
Here’s what’s waiting for you in a furnished Rambler Riverfront apartment in both buildings.
In Your Bedroom
Every resident gets their own:
- Full-size bed and mattress
- Two under-bed/stackable dresser drawers
- Study desk and desk chair
That’s the full setup for sleeping, studying and storage, without renting a truck to get it there.
In Your Living Room
Every furnished floor plan comes with common area furniture, including:
- Sofa
- Coffee table
- Media console
- Wall-mounted Smart TV
- Barstools
The exact seating scales with your unit. Depending on your floor plan’s size and bed count, your living room may feature a loveseat, sofa, sofa with a chaise or a full sectional. In Studio Apartments
Studio floor plans include a full-size bed and mattress, study desk and desk chair, plus a sofa, coffee table, media console and wall-mounted Smart TV, all scaled to make the most of your space.
Will West Building and East Building Have Different Furniture?
Both buildings share the same look and feel, with the same design and finishes carried across the community.
That said, because floor plans differ between West and East, some pieces are tweaked in size and dimension to fit each unit, and certain layouts get different pieces for different areas. Your townhome living room in the East Building won’t be furnished exactly like a 5-bedroom in the West Building, but they’ll look and feel like they belong to the same community.
Both buildings were designed by the same team, so whether your address is 224 E. State St. or 300 Brown St., you’re getting the same quality. The bigger difference is how you get it: West Building includes furniture automatically, while East Building lets you choose.
What Else Is Included in My Installment?
Furniture isn’t the only thing covered. Every apartment at Rambler Riverfront also includes:

What If I Want to Furnish My Own Apartment?
The East Building was built for you. Since furniture is optional in every East Building unit, you can skip the package and bring your own bed, couch and everything in between.
It’s a great fit if you already own furniture, you’re moving from another apartment or you just want a space that’s 100% yours.

Move In Without the Moving Truck
Furnishing a first apartment usually means weeks of price-comparing, ordering and assembling. At Rambler Riverfront, most of that disappears: The West Building comes fully furnished as part of your installment, and the East Building gives you the choice with an optional package. Either way, both buildings share the same design and finishes throughout.
